The study is divided into 4 phases: Screening phase (6 weeks), treatment phase (52 weeks), extension phase (52 weeks) and follow-up (4 weeks). The research study includes general medical examinations, such as health examinations, blood and urine tests and cognitive tests. During the study, participants must answer questionnaires in relation to the trial treatment. The trial drug is taken as a tablet.
